Perks of Being Vertically Challenged | Blogmas Day 12
One of my blog resolutions for 2017 is to get back to posting more outfit posts. I mean, it's already day 12 of Blogmas and this is my first one!
In this look I'm wearing what's supposed to be a tunic but is actually a dress on me thanks to my height. There are obviously negatives to being short, but there are also plenty of positives! I'm able to buy kids shoes, to wear shirts as dresses, and I've never met a blanket too short for me (and yeah I totally stole the last one off this Buzzfeed list.)
And I would just be stating the obvious if I told you I bought this because of the sleeves. Because damn, those sleeves! A lot of times trendy, voluminous pieces aren't very flattering on my figure but crazy, flared sleeves thankfully are!
tunic/ dress: free people; available in other colors here, here (on sale), and here (on sale)
sweater tights: hue (seriously the warmest tights ever. I end up buying another pair every winter)
boots: zara; similar here
hat: forever 21; similar splurgey option here
