IT'S MAIL DAY | Let the Holiday Unboxings Begin

With the holidays just around the corner... it means so are the sales. And I love me some sales ;)

And with all the sales, there are a lot of packages, and that means a lot of cheering and unboxing. This is literally me every time I open a package.

But it would get real boring real quick if I dedicated a new post to every single unboxing, especially since some of them would only include one product. So instead I'll be doing "Mail Day" posts every week or so where I share what I've recently unboxed!

That way I can share my excitement for new products, different sales and deals, and more! Side note, have you seen Macy's beauty Black Friday preview? Sooo many good deals! That Smashbox primer set which I mentioned in my previous post is going to be on sale for $12! You can check out all the spoilers here. They also have a gift set with a full size Benefit They're Real mascara set for $15!

DHC Deep Cleansing Oil
This Japanese cult-favorite cleansing oil has been around before cleansing oils were even a thing in the West. When Dermstore had a 25% off sale on DHC, I purchased the smallest size to see what all the hype is about. I haven't used it yet but how adorable is the bottle?! So teeny, so cute.

If you've never shopped from Dermstore before, I would highly recommend the site! They have frequent sales, offer free shipping (no minimum), and always include samples! If you saw my unboxing on my Instastories (@sharmtoaster) then you might already know about the 20% off "DSWONDER" coupon code (expiring on Christmas) which you can use on brands like Anastasia Beverly Hills, Herbivore, First Aid Beauty, Becca, and more.

They also have an ongoing 20% off sale on select brands including Tarte, Kevyn Aucoin, Jouer, Laura Geller and Beautyblender. Everything in the widget below is 20% off (some with the coupon code) and to see everything on sale check here.

Complex Beauty Masks (PR sample)
Masks are one of my favorite skincare products although let's be real so are mists and cleansers and basically everything else. So when Complex Beauty asked me if I wanted to try out their new masks of course I said yes!

The ingredient lists on some of these masks are killer. I'll definitely be reviewing them individually in the upcoming weeks!

Leaders Masks via Ipsy
I don't have an Ipsy subscription but I have been taking advantage of a few of the Ipsy deal of the day offers. The other week they had an 8 piece Leaders mask set for $15; as each mask usually sells for $5 the set was a steal! The set had perfect timing since Leaders usually has a 60% off sale during Black Friday so now I can try all the different variations before the sale. So far my favorites are the Tea Tree for acne and Aquaringer for hydrating.

Wet N Wild Brushes + Peppermint Bark Cleansing Wipes
I've tried quite a few Wet N' Wild brushes over the past few months aaaand have differing opinions on them. They're very pretty but the white is so impractical since I can never get them completely white again after I start using them. But these were 40% off at K-mart so I couldn't resist.

While I was there I ended up picking up these Peppermint Bark wipes! I'm totally guilty of falling for Christmas-y packaging and that's exactly why I bought these. And they actually smell like peppermint! And they were a dollar! So of course I had to get them.

Just a little shout out to K-mart, they're a totally underrated spot for buying drugstore beauty products. Their prices are more similar to Target's but they offer similar sales like drugstores. They frequently have buy 1 get 1 50% or even sometimes buy 1 get 1 free on their beauty products. And you can mix and match brands!

La Roche-Posay Cicaplast Baume B5 + Palmer's Cleansing Oil
During the VIB sale last weekend I was eyeing the Dr. Jart Cicapair cream...but I had already spent too much money on skincare to dish out for this too. But a quick search on the AB subreddit revealed that the Cicapair cream is actually inspired by this La Roche-Posay Cicaplast cream. It's supposed to be a dream for irritated skin and more. I'm so excited to try this out (and have already started geeking out over the ingredient list) and I definitely will be reviewing this in the future!

My last drugstore buy is the Palmer's cleansing oil. The packaging is very....plain and not in a chic, minimalistic kinda way. But it's the cheapest cleansing oil I've found at the drugstore and it doesn't contain mineral oil! I wasn't planning on purchasing this but I saw it on sale for less than $5 while grocery shopping so I went for it. It's really not bad for the price!

...and to tempt you a bit
Cult Beauty is offering this ah-maze-ing free gift set with any £150 purchase. And yes £150 is a lot, but they do offer free shipping to the US and there are certain brands that are actually cheaper to buy via their site when compared to online prices in the US (like Sunday Riley, Charlotte Tilbury, Omorovicza, Aesop, Davines, plus more.) I'm currently talking myself out of making a purchase since my wallet is still hurting from the VIB sale but man am I tempted.

The set includes full sized products from Huda Beauty, Jouer, Becca, Foreo and more! You can see the entire set here.

If you end up making a purchase I would love to hear what you bought!
